Though it's too hard to believe but it's true that we live in a society where a victim is blamed mainly instead of the culprit when any incident occurs.
When any girl is raped, we don't blame the rapist,we hold the girl responsible for that incident, we criticize her dress up,we bully her,indirectly we compel her to commit suicide.
When any person, let it be a girl or a boy, faces any kind of violation, we discourage him to speak up,we hold him accountable for the situation which he faced and by doing these things we let the culprit roam around freely by shutting the victim down.
When any private picture of any person becomes viral,we don't blame the persons who are involved in making it viral,instead we blame that person whose picture became viral.
Come on Man, We all have our personal life,in our personal life we can do anything if it doesn’t hurt or harm anyone. We can click private pictures, but nobody has the right to share that in the social media without our permission or consent.
Our problem is we normalize the abnormal and toxic behaviours and we react when we see any normal behaviour.
We need to put an end to the practice of victim blaming, we need to blame the culprit instead of blaming the victim.
It's our duty to help the victims in recovering and in speaking up for their rights,we need to help them to get justice.
