Tanzania

About 10% of the world's fish species are found on three giant islands called the African Great Leagues. Lake Victoria, Lake Tanganyika , Lake Malawi. These huge islands surround the Rift region of East Africa. A few African countries are centered around the islands. Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda and Tanzania. Among these countries today our destination is Tanzania whose official name is the United Republic of Tanzania.

 This country, rich in natural resources, have the largest national parks in the world. Its long mountain range called Kilimanjaro is always a place of attraction for animal lovers and mountaineers. Kilimanjaro National Park is part of Mount Kilimanjaro , the highest mountain in Africa. Geographically, the country is bordered by Kenya and Uganda to the north and Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda to the west. Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia in the south. The 1424 km long border of the Indian Ocean gives Tanzania a beautiful coastline. Some of the wonders of nature, especially the highest point in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro , and the lowest point, Lake Tanganyika are on the border with Tanzania.
